By placing an order on RuthKetnor.com, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, and authorise me to collect payment via the payment method specified (Pay-Pal). I will send you an email to confirm your order once the transaction has be completed.

Postage & Packaging, Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, postage and packaging will be £1.80 per item. A postage discount is available for more than one item, if delivered to the same postal address, but please contact me before placing your order so that I can confirm the cost. I aim to despatch all orders within seven working days, often sooner, but if there is likely to be a delay I will contact you and keep you informed.

Returns Policy:
I offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item, or it has been damaged in the post, please return the item(s) to me without delay, and make a note of the condition of the packaging on arrival if possible. I will then offer to replace the item(s) or give you a refund. Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable.
